As of June 25, 2001

 QM Systems

Delivery of QMS products

In order for Customers and/or Corporations to receive a QMQ, QMMS, or QMTA they must have a QM Systems identification number.  This number must be obtained from either a Certified QMS Provider, QMS Master, QMS Theorist or from the QMS corporation.

The customer can download the instrument (e.g. QMQ) from the website and submit the completed form to QMS via email.  All instruments are scored by QMS and results returned to either the customer or the Provider.

Other QMS products such as books, workbooks, audio/visual tapes and research reports must also be ordered via the QM website.

Most customers will benefit by having one or more employees receive training to become a QMS Certified Interpreter (one who can discuss a QMQ Motivational Profile in depth).

QMS Marketers

One may provide QMS materials to customers as either a Certified Provider, Certified Master or Certified Theorist.

Criteria for achievement of these credentials are cumulative.  The steps and privileges for each is outlined below.  The responsibilities that accompany each level are also discussed.

Provider:  A Provider must first become a Certified Interpreter then successfully complete the Provider Training course wherein they learn the benefits and features of QMS products and how to market them.  Upon receipt of this certificate the Provider will receive a QMS Identifier number and may market QMS products as an independent contractor.  The Provider will receive a commission on QMQs paid to QMS from his/her customers.

Master:  A Master must first become a Provider.  In addition the candidate must have maintained a satisfactory sales rate for a 12 month consecutive period.  Upon successful completion of the QM System Master exam (comparable to CEU credit) the Master may receive an additional commission on QMQs.  One must also have a Master certificate to participate as a lecturer for Provider Training.

Theorist:  A Theorist must first become a Master.  In addition the candidate must have maintained a satisfactory sales rate for two years.  Upon successful completion of significant theoretical contribution to QM Theory (such as a research project wherein the QMQ is validated for a new assessment) and the Theorist Exam the Theorist may receive an additional commission on QMQs and be able to participate in Interpreter Certification and Provider Training courses.

* the additional commissions can be based upon sale of QMQs by Providers certified  by /refereed  by Masters and Theorists.

Other responsibilities and privileges may appertain to each of these categories as part of a relationship with QM Systems.
